What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies depending on the product type and complexity with bulk discounts for larger orders. Typically:

  • Candles: 200 units per scent
  • Reed diffusers & room sprays: 100 units per scent
  • Perfumes, colognes & soaps: Custom MOQs depending on formulation and size.

For lower-volume boutique orders, reach out, and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

Can you create a custom fragrance for my brand?

Absolutely! We offer custom fragrance development, working with high-quality fragrance and essential oils to craft a signature scent(s) that aligns with your brand. As well as 40+ ready to market fragrances to choose from.

How long does the production process take?

Our typical turnaround times:

  • Standard orders: 4–6 weeks from final design/scent approval.
  • With custom vessel/packaging: 6–8 weeks.
  • Rush orders: Available on a case-by-case basis.
Do you provide packaging and labeling?

Yes! We offer a full-service private label experience, including:

  • Vessel selection (material, size, color, etc.)
  • Label design and printing
  • Custom packaging (boxes, sleeves, labels, etc.)

If you already have packaging, we can fill and finish your products with it.

Can you drop ship my products too?

Yes! We have our own in-house fulfillment center. We can pick, pack and ship your customers orders once your project is completed.
